FREE FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING
AFFORDABLE FEDEX 2-DAY  SHIPPING: $12 flat-rate
AFFORDABLE FEDEX OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: $35 flat-rate
  • Simply select FEDEX Ground Shipping when placing your order and it will ship anywhere in the United States at no charge.
  • In-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Back-order or custom items will ship according to the specified turnaround time.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships.
  • All orders ship from Brooklyn, NY. When shipped FEDEX Ground, transit times will vary from one to seven business days depending on your location. You can calculate estimated transit times at FEDEX.com
  • PO / APO / FPO / DPO boxes: we can ship to post office boxes via USPS Priority Mail for free. If your shipping address is a post office box, please select the FEDEX Ground Shipping option when placing your order, and we will automatically ship via USPS at no charge. Please note that orders shipping to post office boxes may take 2-4 business days to ship.
  • Sales tax: We are required to charge sales tax on your purchase if it is shipping to an address in New York State. Orders shipping to any address outside of New York State will not be charged sales tax.
FREE AND EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • All orders shipped within the United States can be returned or exchanged for free. Please contact us to request a pre-paid return label. It will be emailed to you, and can be printed out.
  • To return or exchange your purchase, simply re-package the item(s) along with all packing materials and documentation, note whether you are returning or exchanging (specify what you'd like to exchange for), seal the box securely and affix the prepaid return form to the box. Be sure to take note of the tracking number. You can drop off the package at any authorized FEDEX Ground drop-off, FEDEX Store, or with your FEDEX Ground driver.
  • We have a 30-day return policy. To qualify for free returns or exchanges, your return must arrive at Brooklyn Tailors within 30 days of the date you recieved it.
Shipping & Returns Policy - International
$20 FAST, FLAT-RATE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
  • We will ship your international order via FEDEX, or the United States Postal Service Priority Mail for a flat cost of $20.00.  Most orders will go via Fedex but certain destinations will ship via USPS. Please contact us to verify shipping method.
  • In-stock orders ship within 1 business day. Back-order or custom items will ship according to the specified turnaround time.
  • All orders ship from Brooklyn, NY. Tranit time will be approximately 3 to 7 business days.
  • No sales tax will be charged on any international orders.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • If your order was shipped outside of the United States, we can accept your return or exchange, according to the following guidelines.
  • You are responsible for the safe return and delivery of your purchase to us, and must handle all shipping charges when sending your purchase back to us. We strongly recommend shipping your return to us via a trackable and insured service such as UPS, FEDEX or DHL.
  • If you would like to exchange for another size or item, you will be responsible for an additional shipping charge of $20. We will contact you upon reciept of your return to collect this payment.
  • We have a 30-day return policy. Your return must be recieved or postmarked within 30 days of the date you recieved it from us.
