Perfect for layering on on its own, you'll find yourself grabbing this crewneck all the time.

Description:  This hoodie sweatshirt is built for comfort. The fit is perfectly relaxed -- not too slim or too slouchy. The fabric is an 8 oz cotton with a terry loop interior, so they aren't overwhelmingly warm, but rather mid-weight and versatile and can be layered or worn alone. The hood has a slightly distressed edge for contrast, and the arm is relaxed, so you won't experience any bunching. This sweatshirt reads as relaxed, not sloppy.

Color: Foggy Blue: A cool, icy blue with gray undertones

Fabric: 100% cotton (8oz), terry loop (interior fabric)

Origin: Made in the USA

Care: Wash cold with like colors. Lay flat or hang dry to minimize shrinkage and preserve color.

About Velva Sheen:
Velva Sheen began operation in 1932 in Cincinnati, OH. Over the years they manufactured t-shirts and undershirts for the military and specialized in collegiatewear, but the 1990s brought financial hardship to the company, and the company's operations came to a halt.

In 2009 Velva-Sheen found a new champion in a small Japanese design firm who had known and loved the brand in its heyday. They got involved with the goal of bringing the brand back to life, and moved manufacturing operations to Los Angeles, one of the few regions where sportswear manufacturing continued to thrive in the USA.
